Forecourt also assigns lawyers admitted in Italy and works with private investigators licensed in Italy; those files follow Italian law and European Union law, and are not Canadian proceedings. Forecourt Ltd is not a law firm or an investigation agency, and does not give legal advice or carry out investigations itself.

Confidentiality

Treat the form as a first contact, not a privilege election. Do not upload materials you are not entitled to share.

Once a professional is assigned and retained, confidentiality and privilege follow that relationship, not this website’s copy.

This website does not link to the firms we assign, or to banks, exchanges, or stablecoin issuers. This website is the place to register.
