This English site is for matters in Canada. Forecourt also assigns lawyers admitted in Italy and works with private investigators licensed in Italy. Before a mandate, you are told which is which. An Italian file follows Italian law and European Union law. It is not a Canadian case with a translated cover.

Some files turn on money that has already moved. Where the facts support it, the lawyer on the file can ask a court to freeze or trace money held by a bank, an exchange, or a stablecoin issuer, or support a police request. Whether anything comes back depends on the case, the jurisdiction, and how quickly action is taken. No one can promise it.
